Well, I think the rain may be done for now! Nice to get close to a week of sunshine after so many wet days, though the landscaping sure looks good. I am really looking forward to our Memorial Day Picnic! My weather app has officially moved the rain and thunder symbols away from Sunday, so I hope you're making plans to join us if you're in town. Invite a friend or neighbor too.
This Sunday we'll get back to our Exodus narrative and be reminded of God's promises and stipulations for His people entering the Promised Land. How will God make room for the Israelites in a land filled with pagan tribes? How quickly will they be settled? What will be required of them as they move in? All these (and probably other questions) will be answered as we study the text together. See you then, -Dave Dorst
