Genesis 24 is the account of Isaac's servant traveling back to Abraham's family lands to find a wife for Isaac. God's leading him to find Rebekah shows us how God cares for our relationships, both for the godliness of our spouses and for our own godly character in building a marriage that will provide a foundation for love. Moses' comment that Isaac loved Rebekah after they were united in marriage is the first mention of marital love in the Scriptures.
