The Man Who Would Be King, Esther 6

In between the two feasts that Esther throws for the king and Haman, the King can't sleep and is read the royal record of Mordecai's heroic deed.  When he decides to reward him, Haman is doubly insulted and has to parade his enemy around the city in honor.  What can we learn from this man who would be king, and how do we see God working through providence that only looks like it's coincidence?
