Warnings for the World, Revelation 8-9

Pastor Dave preaches from Revelation 8 and 9 as we look at what happens when God's judgment comes down.  Pastor Mark Dever of Capital Hill Baptist wrote about the beginning of chapter 8, "We see [the angel] with incense, the prayers of the saints.  The altar and the censer made of gold reflecting God's glory.  The prayers are an offering presented before God.  This is a great encouragement for prayer.  The prayers of the saints go up, God's judgment comes down."

In the Scriptures we are constantly being called to prayer, and in our daily lives we are constantly forgetting to pray.  Perhaps we need a bigger view of God.
