Sunday Morning - What to Expect
We meet on Sunday mornings at Harper Park Middle School, 701 Potomac Station Drive NE in Leesburg, Virginia.
Sunday School begins at 9:30 am with classes for adults, children, and youth. There is nursery care for children up to age 3 during both Sunday School and the Worship Service.
Our worship service, which begins at 10:30 am, presents biblical truth and shows how it applies to our everyday lives. The music team presents a blend of old and new hymns in a mix of musical styles, and the words are projected up front.
Children are welcome and encouraged to attend church with their parents. Just before the sermon, children ages 3 through 6 are invited to attend Children's Church where they will learn more about God and His Word in an age appropriate lesson.
What to Wear? You will find all ranges of attire. Mostly it's casual and comfortable. Men range from shirts and khakis to an occasional tie. Women range from pants, skirts and dresses. Jeans are not unusual.
Before and after the service, there is coffee in the hallway. We hope that you will take the opportunity to meet some new people, ask any questions you'd like, explore, grab something off the information table and generally feel at home.
