We're off to a great start with the Book of Hebrews and our theme of "Jesus is Better - Make My Heart Believe!" This week we'll be looking at Hebrews 2:1-4 and "A Better Salvation." Sometimes we think the great danger to our faith is heresy and false teaching, but the author of Hebrews doesn't put that at the top of his list. Other times we think the great danger to our faith is the rampant secularism, relativism, and pluralism of our society (you can throw in any other "isms" you can think of), but the author of Hebrews doesn't pick that one either. So what does he pick? What is the great danger to our faith? And what can we do about it? Those are the questions we'll be dealing with this Sunday.

Some of what I've seen so far has been great (and a few have been pretty funny)! Anytime we can share with each other what God is doing in our lives and what we're learning as we go through the Book of Hebrews helps to build a sense of community in our church!

Speaking of community, our Community Groups have all begun and so far we've been hearing great reports of how people are starting to connect with each other. Several groups still have openings and I think you would find it a real blessing to get to know some more people and perhaps some people who are in a different "season of life" than you are. You don't want to miss out, so I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to join a Community Group!
